Pricing aligned to how you bill your client.

Atlas pricing follows your contract billing model. When you bill your client hourly, our hourly rate applies. When you bill per parcel, our per-parcel rate applies. The same structure supports Right-of-Way debris monitoring and Private Property Debris Removal — so you can project costs and build rate schedules against a model that mirrors how you invoice. No monthly platform fees. No per-seat charges for back-office staff.

Hourly Billing

When your contract bills hourly.

Most state and local debris monitoring contracts — and many PPDR missions — are billed hourly. When that's how you bill your client, Atlas charges hourly too. Only field operation hours are metered (monitors, field supervisors, operations managers). Project management, data management, and leadership hours are never billed. Rates step down as billed field hours grow, with each band priced at its own rate (not retroactive across prior bands).

The Back-Office Stays Free

You only pay for field staff.

Tenant administrators, project managers, data managers, and back-office staff use Atlas at no charge — full platform access, no per-user fees. Atlas charges only for active field staff.

Most platforms charge per user regardless of role. Atlas keeps the back office free so your project leadership has full visibility without padding the per-user bill.

Per-Parcel Billing

When your contract bills per parcel.

Some PPDR missions are billed per parcel rather than per hour. When that's how you bill your client, Atlas matches the model. Per-parcel rates are all-inclusive (every ticket, every activity, all staff hours) and scale with the size of the response, with each band priced at its own rate (not retroactive across prior bands).

USACE Direct

USACE direct contracts — Per cubic yard.

When requested directly under a USACE prime contract, billing is structured per cubic yard rather than hourly. Atlas Public supports that model with cumulative-tier per-CY pricing.

USACE per-CY rates are available on request — contact us to discuss your specific contract structure.

Early Adopter Program

Five firms only.

We're partnering with five firms that will shape the future of Atlas. In exchange for serving as reference clients, early adopters of Atlas Public lock in a discounted rate for the first year and 50% off the regularly billed rate for the life of the relationship — not just an introductory period.

Early adopter slots are reserved for established monitoring firms and debris removal contractors with consistent activation history. We're being selective for clients who will become long term partners.
